Our stay was great. Beds were comfortable. Only issues we had was the pool was so cold, our kids didn’t want to swim more than 15 minutes. One of our rooms didn’t have a microwave but they were adjoining so not a big deal for us.

The parking lot was closed, so you had to park really far away and bring in your luggage.The restaurant and bar had weird hours. I liked that they had a free shuttle to the downtown area.

Near downtown, under construction but clean

The room was clean and main areas we're too. Parking lot was closed so you had to park across the street in lot. The outside of the building seemed under construction or blocked off. Unfortunetly you could not get late check out unless you were a member, very unfortunate.

Stayed here for Paul McCartney concert. Parking lot was under construction so we had to park at the hospital. Lounge was never open even though they were full and would have had lots of customers. Staff seemed flustered by the crowd returning from the concert as elevators got seriously backed up. Needed more vans to accomodate crowd.

Nice, clean facility but no onsite parking. Inconvenient since I am in a surgery boot. There for a major concert and they offered shuttle to the event but only had one van. Long waits. Also told us no issue for airport shuttle. To just come down and theyd have a ride. Turned out again only one van and it had just left. At least half hour wait. Luckily we had a car handy to take family member to airport.
