They’re working on the parking lot so you have to use the one next to it. The front desk person checking me in was absolutely great. The bartender was very nice as well. Took the provided shuttle which was convenient. Driver was very nice. Great place to stay

Very clean and friendly staff. Hotel was sold out for the weekend but everything was well kept and moved quickly. Buffet breakfast was amazing and very affordable. Within walking distance to downtown and many bars, restaurants, venues and things to do. Will return!

AC wasn’t working, pool was down due to chemicals, had to go to multiple floors to find ice machine that worked. Small lot across the street for parking, once full have to park at hospital. You could hear every car on the interstate in our room. Room was clean, bathroom, had hair on tub, dirty walls and door. Front desk and Maintenance was very nice. After staying there for 3 nights and the full experience we will not stay here again.

The parking lot has been condemned by the city. There is no pull up to the hotel- just a lot across the street. I wish we had known this before booking. Despite others reviews, we found the 6th floor to be quiet. The air conditioning was working very well. The property itself seems dated, and there were trash cans in the lobby catching water drops from the ceiling.

Room wasn’t very clean. There were dead bugs along the wall and floor. The parking wasn’t accommodating as it’s under construction. I saw a couple elderly people having to bring the cart all the way across the street to get their luggage.
