Great stay!! Comfy rooms and beds, absolutely great breakfast!!.. my only objections were the HVAC/Heating system I'm the pool room broke down and so the pool was absolutely freezing! Unfortunately this was disappointing to my kids.. and for some reason every time we had to go to and use the elevators both elevators either one were always really stinky like a sewer gas smell. Other then that A+ staff was very polite and the amenities were good. We just were a bit disappointed in the pool because it almost seems that every time our family takes a trip and books a hotel no matter the brand, there always seems to be something wrong with the hotel pool or some reason or another that we cannot use it or go swimming. Having a checkout time set for noon instead of the typical 10am checkout that most hotels require was a pleasant surprise. It was nice not to feel rushed to pack up everything and leave

The property was nice. I would rate higher if the pool and hot tub were not OVERRUN WITH KIDS. I intentionally booked this hotel because we had a very long drive. When we arrived the pool area was overrun and frankly DIRTY because of the people in there. They were eating pizza and had drinks all over the place. Kind of gross.
