Room not clean! Smelled like smoke. Hair on bathroom floor and in shower. Only one small lamp worked so room was dark. Only plus was the front desk people were friendly. I got there late and weather was bad or I would of asked for my money back

First impression was not great. It had been a week since a big snowstorm, and the parking lot was a disaster. Where were the plows?! I almost slid into 3 cars because no one had plowed in nearly a week! Then, it took me forever to get checked in, which gave me plenty of time to look around the dingy lobby and start getting a bad vibe. Once I finally got to my room, I was immediately greeted by the unmistakable pungent odor of wet dog. So, I immediately took out my phone and found another hotel and left without staying another minute.
