I’ll begin with the good things… location, location, location!
It literally is within walking distance of everything in the east village. And if you need a car Enterprise car rental is right across the street.
The condo was well appointed with stylish furnishings.
Unfortunately, there were so many little things that put a damper on my stay.
Firstly, there was no keypad to enter a code to initially get into the building. Someone was going in and let me in until I was able to secure the key fob that was in the condo. Throughout my stay, people were trying to get into the building and couldn’t so when I was leaving. I would let people in.
Secondly, that bed was very soft and my back was not happy. In addition, the sheets looked like they hadn’t been washed, and there was only a fitted sheet, no top sheet and a bare comforter. In other words, no duvet cover over the comforter. And there were no additional sheets anywhere.
The soap dispenser in the bathroom was filled with a water-like substance, barely resembling soap.
The tub filled up with water every time I took a shower so I would stand in about 3 inches of water.
Lastly, I would say a big giant “ BRING EARPLUGS”!
I know they can’t help it in terms of the location of the building, but it literally is across the parking lot from the train. Also, there are fireworks from a game nearby that sounded like a bomb going off at 11 PM.
All in all great location, but I would not stay there again even though the price was right.
