We had low expectations with such a low price but we were really surprised. The hotel was very clean they had a lot of amenities several common rooms with a pool table and pinball machines. 24-hour convenience store, and pool. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. French toast, waffles, eggs, sausage, full spread. Staff was very friendly. Definitely will stay here again.

Everything about the property was great. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast had plenty of variety and well stocked. The hotel is out of the way which makes it quiet. The only trouble we had was the rattle when the A/C kicked on was frustrating but if that was the worst of it, it didn’t ruin the many positive benefits.

The Queen beds were comfortable, the pillows were AMAZING! The hostess checking us in was so helpful, polite, and shared everything the hotel has to offer. My kids loved the pool! The breakfast was wonderful. We appreciated that it started at 6:00am and the staff member working the breakfast room was so kind and personable. The kids enjoyed the game room! We will definitely be staying again and recommending to others. This is the hotel to stay at if you are in Des Moines.!!
