I was treated rudely. I needed WiFi for my studies, but they seem completely unconcerned about making sure it works. The staff treated me as if I were being unreasonable for expecting them to do something other than just stare at me blankly. Clearly, they knew the WiFi was down and have learned to dismiss customer needs, acting as if I’m the only one who has ever had an issue with it. When I mentioned my complaint, the staff member claimed no one had ever complained before. I told her I was complaining now, but all I received in response was that familiar blank stare. At this point, all I can do is leave a bad review, which I doubt will make any difference.
