We ended up in a handicap room and that was okay, we did not request a handicap. Room was nice, the shower head hardly put out the water, there was a drain in the shower and also in the middle of bathroom. Which I know why the shower head didn’t put out too much water the hotel didn’t want anyone to slip on the floor. We haven’t had to stay in to many handicap rooms, we are not handicapped but I don’t know if the hotel could have designed the bathroom differently for the shower head to put out more water.

CLEAN ROOM, FRONT DESK PERSON WAS ABSOLUTELY SWEET. REALLY LIKED THE EXPERIENCE AT CHECK IN. THE ONLY THING I WISH WAS THAT THE CURTAINS COULD BE CLOSED MORE LOTS OF LIGHT SHINED THROUGH.

Hotel is conveniently located with a bike trail next to the hotel parking lot. Good trail with some interesting scenery. Hotel room was good but nothing spectacular. Would recommend a room not adjacent to pool as it gets a bit loud and had a constant low humming noise through the night. Solid breakfast options Would stay again. Just would want to stay on different side of hotel

The most amazing hotel ever, i could fwel the love in my room.My house keeping lady was amazing,and the breakfast was fantastic.It wasnt huge,but it was breakfast and it was fresh.They had eggs,sausage,waffles,muffins,penut butter and jelly and more.

We had to stop here during holiday travel due to a snow storm. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Lots of food options close to the property. It’s a bit of an older facility but was clean and comfortable. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Overall, happy we found this place.

We stayed 4 nights while working in the DSM area. Its a good location behind the AUDI dealership & right next to I80/35. We were at the hotel a total of maybe 16 hours over 4 nights, so we were exhausted and didnt spend alot of time in the room. It was windy during our stay and the cold breeze came through the wall heater and the window that didnt close all the way. We didnt say anything because we was only there for maybe 4 hours a night. Bonus there was a person at front desk when we checked out early Monday morning. So it wasn't too bad, but we won't be staying here again.
