Went to concert at vibrant music hall, this hotel is very close, could walk there. The bed in rm 201 could use some help, a little soft and lower in the middle, so 2 people roll to center. Dining options nearby.

I stayed here for a conference being held at another hotel, and choosing this location was absolutely the right move. It was only about 8 minutes away and saved me over $100 compared to the conference hotel — and honestly, I think I got the better experience. The vibe of the place is fun and modern. I loved the booth-style seating in the room, and the wallpaper was unusual in the best way — it fit the theme perfectly. Everything was super clean, easy to navigate, and felt fresh. I didn’t try the food, but I did stop by the bar and the service there was great. Check‑in was quick and smooth. The outdoor area had a really cool setup, and while I didn’t use the pool, it looked very inviting. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I’d absolutely stay here again and will be recommending it to others.

Awesome Hotel

We stay here regularly on the weekends, and the staff is always so nice and this is a very clean hotel. Our Kid's love this Hotels. We travel a lot and this is our Favorite in the Des Moines Area
