Great location, excellent reception team, food is good, rooms well presented, the only negative, and pretty much everyone in the large group staying said, the rooms are extremely hot with no air conditioning, no opening windows so not great from that perspective

Stayed here for the racing at Doddintgton what a great stay we had the room was immaculate , clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were one of the most comfortable that we have ever had and the tv was great we could even watch our own netflicks ! Breakfast was lovely and the staff were too We will definitely return again .

Stayed here about 10 years ago and then sort of forgot its here, as it’s not really visible from main roads around the airport. However I will be back soon. Very modern, spacious bright hotel. Even if you are visiting Nottingham/Derby area worth thinking of staying here as Skylink buses only cost £3 each way, and you can be in respective city centres in next to no time. Also best breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel in the U.K.

Check-in lady was great, like that they have a coffee machine, room size is ok. Weird cupboard handles (fake leather). Need to include more milk in the room. Dirt and limescale in shower. Toilet seat too small for toilet. Vicinity is ok but it's just a car park.

Wonderful receptionist

The car park was full, without a single space. As we were flying very early and with cases in the car etc this was a major problem. However it was solved when a very helpful receptionist offered to move her personal car into the street so we could park in her space. Wonderful service that will ensure we go back.
