The breakfast was excellent the staff went out if their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The poached eggs were cooked to perfection and the staff even though were run off their feet found time to chat and engage with all customers at breakfast.

On arrival (small group of us on motorcycles), we were warned of a recent motorcycle theft from the property and the need to properly secure them. One of the staff (Jason) even loaned us an additional lock and chain to secure bikes. Extremely helpful, honest and friendly service and advice. All staff in fact (bar, restaurant) were extremely polite, friendly and helpful.

I stayed the night to attend a local wedding venue. Gemma spoke with me on the phone and patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. When I arrived Jason at the check in desk was so kind and moved heaven and earth to get me a room that was ready so that I could change and leave for the wedding. Both staff members were so kind and welcoming and professional. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
