Absolutely the best hotel that you could stay at. The rooms are incredible and if you are a lady, you’re really going to love the bathrooms. The lighting is amazing. The decor is a 10 out of 10 and the staff is simply amazing. Let’s talk about the staff. It’s almost like everyone in that hotel is an owner. They care so deeply about it. Whether it’s the maintenance person or the person working on the restaurant, these guys are just incredible. Huge shout out to autumn who just bent over backwards to help me, she was in the restaurant and just was amazing. My husband had surgery in the hospital and she did not have to help me. She carried Food up to my room. She was just amazing. Special recognition also for Monique in the restaurant just so precious. She was always so attentive to me in the restaurant. Just a wonderful wonderful person. Another shout out to. Tyshea at the front desk, she was simply amazing just kind very helpful. And a shout out to Amaha in charge of maintenance. Even though he’s in charge of taking care of the building, he was always very helpful. Asked if I needed anything. This is the kind of service. I’m talking about write down to the Valet person. Chaiboy I would wait it 20 out of 10 if possible you are going to love this hotel absolutely amazing Best the rooms are beautiful. What more can I say?

The hotel manager in the p.m. was rude. We have a disability placard on our car and she stated snarky like, that it will still cost us $39 a night to park in a space clearly marked disabled. We have stayed at this hotel since the week it opened several years ago. It has done nothing but gone down since then. No upgrades no nothing they don’t even give you bottled water any longer and they are rude. We go to Anschutz Medical Center there. It has always been convenient, but not convenient enough to put up with that. I was told by the manager that. Anschutz owns it. Really charging $39 a night to park in the disabled parking space. Shame.

Beautiful hotel with clean, well-appointed rooms. Didn’t get to go to the restaurant on site but the menu looked good. Not many restaurants within walking distance but I stayed to be close to the hospital and it was perfect. They have a free shuttle to hospital facilities

We have stayed at this hotel since it initially opened. It has always been wonderful.. They catered to the big Medical Center that is just around the corner. So whenever we have an appointment, we stay there. However, in the last six months, they have been giving the handicap parking to their employees or the valet parks there. None of the cars there have handicap placards. I have repeatedly requested for them to move the car or I’m going to call the police and report it. They have always been rude and surly. I reported it to a district manager and have never heard a thing. This is really destroyed my opinion of this hotel. I believe they were built to assist people that come in to be treated at the medical Center so most of them have handicap placards. Shame on them.

This is my second time staying here. The staff are exceptional. The hotel is spotless, and one of a kind. The food is amazing. All of it. There has been nothing for me to complain about.
