Bedroom: Queen-size bed.
Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with pour-over glass coffeemaker, 12-cup electric coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, range/oven.
Laundry in kitchen: Washer, dryer, and laundry detergent. Equipped with iron and ironing board.
Cooling: The property comes equipped with an EVAPORATIVE COOLER that efficiently cools the entire place during the warm summer months and is controlled with a thermostat.
Heating: The property is equipped with central heating for those cold months.
GUESS ACCESS:
Guests have access to the entire place!
Please note that the back patio is shared with the building.
Check-in time is anytime after 3 pm.
Check-out time is 10 am.
Parking:
There is unlimited street parking available on a first come, first serve basis directly in front and in the surrounding blocks. Please pay attention to signage as parameters vary from area to area from unlimited (first come first serve), 2-hour (10am - 10pm) sundays & holidays exempt, 2-hour (8am - 6pm) sundays & holidays exempt, 2-hour metered, and "BA" permit only parking. In the months of April - November on the 1st week (day of week varies from block to block) of every month between 8am - 5pm, there is street sweeping and no parking is allowed on those streets that have the signage place at the end of the block.
Per Denver Municipal Code Sec 54-465, a vehicle shall not be parked in the same place on a public street continuously for a period in excess of seventy-two (72) hours. Please be aware of other city ordinances as posted on the street signs.
