The hotel is in a great location to attend events at Ball arena. However, I had booked a room with a king bed but they had overbooked and gave us a room with 2 queens instead. The hotel front desk person blamed the overbooking on Expedia. I had expected to get the type of room I booked and was disappointed. Also, the parking costs $54 which is overpriced but convenient.
