A Few Things That Will Help Your Stay
Parking: The private driveway fits up to 3 standard vehicles. Pull all the way in so others can fit behind you. Additional street parking is available on Grant Street.
Sleeping arrangements: There are five bedrooms (two king, two queen, one full), two couches, and a twin blow-up mattress.
Bathrooms: There are two full bathrooms — one on the main floor and one upstairs. We provide full-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plenty of towels for your group.
Pets: Dogs are welcome! The backyard can be fully enclosed and the side door has a dog door. We just ask that pets stay off the furniture and beds. A pet fee applies.
Temperature: The home has central AC and heating controlled by a thermostat in the hallway. Please keep windows closed when AC is running.
Neighborhood: The neighborhood is quiet and residential. You're a short walk from several great bars and restaurants, and about 10 minutes from downtown Denver by car or rideshare.
