The staff was amazing. All of them were very professional and accommodating. The hotel itself was beautiful and luxurious as advertised. We had a pleasant stay. The only complaint I could think of is that the motel behind it is extremely ghetto and unsafe to walk by but that isn’t even in The Renaissance’s control, it’s more of an unfortunate circumstance. That being said I absolutely would recommend staying at the Renaissance and would 100% return to stay for future vacations in Denver.

Great hotel and felt safe at the hotel. Need your keycard to access the elevator to the rooms and amenities. The area the hotel is in is not the best, got warned by a couple of our uber drivers to not walk around. Although the hotel itself does have security and the staff are very helpful and welcoming.

I stayed at the Renaissance Denver Hotel & Conference Center and was really disappointed by the lack of upkeep. The towels in my room were torn and looked old, which is surprising for a hotel of this level. Even worse, there were spider webs in the room clearly showing that it hadn’t been properly cleaned. For the price and the brand name, I expected much better standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
