Great location and nice place

We rented the house for a golf trip with 6 people. The house worked perfectly as Arvada is a great area to stay in for convenience and safety. Jack did an excellent job of communicating with me and the process was easy. The only issue was a GIANT raccoon that hung out in the back yard but we scared him off with a rake. Lol. I will stay there again.
