All the towels were folded but still wet, wet sheets in the dryer. Hair stuck to the wall in the shower and a bar of soap with pubic hair left in master shower. Holes and broken fencing in the backyard made it not pet friendly. Very disappointing.

We had a fantastic stay while in town for the Cross Canadian Ragweed concert at Red Rocks. The property was in a great location, close to restaurants, shopping, and anything else we needed, while still being in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.The home was very clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the beds were some of the most comfortable we have ever had in a vacation rental. After a long day and a late concert, that made a huge difference.Tricia was an outstanding host. Communication was easy from start to finish, and she went far beyond what we expected. She even offered transportation to and from the airport and to Red Rocks for the concert, which made the entire trip much easier and far less stressful.We truly appreciated her hospitality and how welcome she made us feel. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Littleton or Denver area.
