Great for work or relaxing, our condo is as close as you'll get to a home base. Just 25 minutes to Boulder , 20 to Denver, and next to Broomfield. Or head to the hills, just 30 minutes away, for some Colorado recreation. This newer construction has already been updated, and is furnished with quality coordinating finishes. New Tiami king mattress January 2026. Tucked away in a secluded corner, away from traffic. No steps makes this a great option for all. Covered private outdoor space with furniture. Note: Cleaning tools on-site. Cleaning supplies (starter levels also provided). If you prefer, you can have optional bi-weekly or monthly cleaning at $125/clean, please inquire with Host. Long term guests who do not opt for extra cleaning must commit to regular cleaning themselves.

We spent two months in this lovely condo. It was perfect for us. I set the second bedroom as a home office and it was very comfortable. My wife and I had a bathroom each (home from home) and we spent many quiet evenings ant home after long days walking and exploring the area. It’s perfect for Boulder, Lafayette, Denver and more. We did day trips to ski (despite the poor snow conditions). The place had everything you could need and since we were there to help our daughter who had a baby at the end of our first week, the laundry room was a blessing and in constant use and the kitchen was well equipped.And now there’s an added plus.. To be honest, the mattress that was there when we arrived wasn’t great and since I am the founder and CEO of a luxury mattress company, I came to an arrangement with Andrea, our amazing host, and replaced the mattress with a Tiami by the end of the first week. If you care about your mattress, choose this place just for better sleep.We will stay there again.

Great place to stay

My husband and I stayed for 3 months while visiting our daughter and family in Westminster. Close to everything we needed. We liked having a garage and no steps. Quiet, friendly neighborhood, great walking trails close by. Bed was very comfortable. Our hosts could not have been nicer and quick to respond if there were questions or a problem. Would rebook without hesitation next time.
