Bathtub wasn't cleaned super well, fridge literally froze my chilled items which kinda sucked. Large stain on the wall above bed, room outlets didn't hold adapters very well. Lots of loud people first thing in the morning with very thin walls. Staff were polite. Not the worst experience for a cheap hotel but definitely could have been a little better.

For a budget hotel, The location is perfect. Hands down, the best view of Denver at night. The staff all seem courteous and helpful. The management on the other hand, is a different matter. Once again, housekeeping starts knocking on our door at 9am. I needed the rest and had my own alarms set. I have complained about this issue before in hopes that it would be addressed. They don't just stop, they continue to knock every 30min. Management doesn't seem to care.

The establishment was utterly run down, and they failed to clean my room even once during the three days I stayed. They advertised a continental breakfast, yet the dining area was in complete disarray. There was no hot water, and the only food available was dirty cereal, with milk that looked revolting. I usually give positive reviews and leave generous tips after my stays, I could not bring myself to not be honest, and say how uncleanliness this place this place was, both inside and out, was profoundly disturbing. I would absolutely demand a refund.
