Waited two + hours to get into my room due to a glitch in their system. I offered to give my credit card just to get into the room. The clerk said no. I had already paid for the room online. She said this glitch happens often :( When traveling, the last thing you want is to wait around in the lobby for hours. It could have been handled better with a protocol that allows check-in with a cc hold.
