The staff was good and friendly. The room had no coffee pot, no cups for water. It had an ice bucket but not sure why since I had no cups, no mini fridge, lighting was so bad I couldn’t read a book unless I sat in the bathroom or pulled a chair over to the door. No lamps maintenance said they didn’t provide those anymore because they are installing recessed lighting that is brighter but that room hadn’t been done yet. He said he would see if he could find new fixtures and install them. He came to my door at 8:53 pm to see if it was ok to install them. I said no as I was already in pjs. No heat, maintenance said they could bring me a space heater. The bathroom was very nice, room was clean. I just expected to be able to see what was in my suitcase when it was sitting on the bed and have my morning coffee in my pjs. Won’t stay there again.
