I was given a room that was for handi-capped people. The shower was broken and it was located next to the elevator pump room so all I heard all night was the elevator pump going off... what is even more disturbing is that you would plan to put someone who is handicapped in a room like that ... how disrespectful and inconsiderate

The room was not cleaned thoroughly and is located too close to the elevator which whined through the night. Breakfast was adequate but upon checking out the clerk mentioned our room was the worst in the hotel. Thanks Hilton!

Reserved handicap room, my 80 year old Mom was with us. The bathroom sink could not be used at all. Was plugged up. Told the front desk and they did absolutely nothing. My Mom had to get on her hand and knees to no discount given out refund. Absolutely horrible.!!!!wash her hands and face and brush teeth. Didn't even get a discounts
