Great property and location

Beautiful cozy home with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our family. The house had everything we needed and the owners were very communicative and checked in on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. The only caution is the number of steps up to the house was a little tough for my older in laws.

Great Amenities!

This townhome was well appointed & clean with so many thoughtful extras! They stocked us with toilet paper, snacks, coffee, and even a wide selection of teas and some drinks in the fridge. The hosts definitely went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Easy walk to downtown shops and restaurants. The only reason I am not giving this place a 5 is that it is very close to the train tracks, which is not mentioned anywhere in the listing or reviews. The trains came through all night long and sounded their horns, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The good news is we read of a pending ordinance that will eliminate this problem in January 2024. Once the trains quiet down, this place will definitely deserve a 5 star rating!

Colorado wedding adventure

Wedding was one day but we were there for five days and ate at several restaurants nearby within walking distance and they were all excellent restaurants. Did some shopping near by at the antique mall and the outdoor mall both were awesome. Would like to come back and stay again.

Great house and location!

We enjoyed everything about our stay at Celina's house in downtown Castle Rock. The location is great, with a pretty view. The house is even better than the photos -- new, well designed for four couples (turned out two couples had to share a bath, as there are 3.5 bathrooms, not 4) who like to cook and play cards and games when not out exploring hiking trails and restaurants. Morning coffee on the porch and evening cocktails in the backyard (and dip in the hot tub) were delightful. Kudos to Celina and Andy, wonderful hosts who responded to questions and needs (only one, when the dryer stopped working so Andy came over quickly to fix it). We were visiting friends who live nearby. We will recommend to them for future overflow visitors and stay again if Celina and Andy will have us. One tip, count the llamas if you stay! We had so much fun!

A rare find in charming Castle Rock!

I was born and raised in Colorado and a few years ago my entire family moved to Georgia. This summer we decided to visit Colorado during the summer to enjoy the weather and visit with family and friends. Castle Rock is near and dear to my heart and this property gave us the perfect taste of the town while we visited. The property is located in an amazing part of town just a short 8-10 min walk to restaurants, bars and entertainment in Downtown Castle Rock. My daughter enjoyed walking to the festival park splash pad multiple days! The property is extremely clean, well taken care of, and stocked incredibly well — the best I've ever seen from a rental property. Celina was very attentive, answering any messages quickly and taking care of anything we needed. We loved staying here and can't wait to come back!

Castle Rock birthday stay

Our first time in Castle Rock since our kids and 3 young grandchildren moved there. We we’re celebrating our 7 year old’s birthday. The place was perfect. Excellent location in downtown-charming town. It was spotless and well equipped. Nice touches like snacks, coffee and bathrooms well stocked. Celina,our host, answered any questions we had during our stay. Very attentive. We will be staying again as we will travel to visit several times per year.
