It is a no frills room. Bed, TV, clean, hot water. There was an unexpected $100 security hold that was put on my credit card that was not mentioned in the listing.

Staff was very pleasant. Room itself was nothing special. Very plain. All that would have been acceptable except the room stunk of old cigarette smoke. Suppose to have been a non smoking room! I opened the window and that helped a little but the room probably needs a top to bottom cleaning and freshening to remover that disgusting smell.
The staff was very helpful with multiple request. The room was spotless. The minimal amenities were enough for me. Parking was free. The road noise was very loud, but the hotel has no control over that. The room could’ve used a bit of updating, especially the curtains. Overall, a good stay.
My best friend and I stayed one night after a concert at Red Rocks. The hotel was clean and felt safe and comfortable! And it was very affordable.
The staff was all friendly and there were zero issues with check in and out.
The beds were a little firm for my friend and I, but overall were quite comfortable.
I would absolutely recommend City Inn to others and would stay here again myself.
There was nothing good about this place. No reception desk. Only check in a small boxed office with No sign out side. Very spooky. No trolley to carry the luggage. But thanks to the the girl who let us borrow the office trolley for our luggage at the time of check in. But at check out the office was closed and no one answered the call. That was the ONLY Good experience with this place. There were No BACK UP TOILET PAPERS IN BATHROOM. And I saw people coming to so called front desk asking for Toilet papers. Very embarrassing. Only 3 towels . NO PHONE in the room. So you can not call anyone in case of emergency, wake up call etc. No CLOCK. EXTREMELY LOW ONLY 1 LIGHT IN THE ROOM. So you WILL have to OPEN THE WINDOW BLINDS FOR LIGHT WITH NO PRIVACY FOR YOU. The lock was old fashioned regular key lock, which can be opened from outside with master key. NO SAFETY FOR THE GUEST. NO door latch either. So we had to put everything possible against the door to have safe night sleep. Will NEVER stay again. Spent a very scary and unsafe night.
The room was super clean and the bed was comfortable. Just needs more light.

The room was clean and the bathroom was clean. The bed was squeaky whenever you moved. No blinds, only a curtain with a pin holding it shut. The bed top blanket and the flat sheet were wrinkled which makes it look unkept. It was sufficient for the price.
