The Space:

Welcome to my unique property! It’s a remodeled single-family home that's been thoughtfully divided into two affordable units, each with its own private, secure entrance. Whether you’re here for business, relaxation, or a bit of both, you'll have all the privacy you need in your unit. The only shared space is public street parking, so please keep that in mind when you arrive.



While the home is quiet and peaceful, just like any apartment or hotel, you might hear the usual sounds of daily life—like voices or footsteps from neighboring spaces. If you experience any disturbance, feel free to reach out. I want you to feel comfortable and at ease during your stay.



The home is equipped with a traditional heating and cooling system and a smart thermostat for added convenience. You can adjust the temperature from your phone if needed. The temperature is usually kept between 68-72°F, but if you'd like a little extra warmth or a breeze, each unit also has stationary fans and space heaters for your comfort.

Good place was exactly what I expected

The only thing I would suggest is to leave a broom so I could sweep as I work in construction and have mud on my boots sometimes.

A’s intro to Colorado

My sister, granddaughter, & I made a short trip during spring break to the Denver area to visit my daughter & son-in-law. We had a great stay on Jeff’s Sherman property. It was in a great location for what we wanted to do - easy access to downtown, to my daughter in Arvada’s & to I-70 to go to Leadville. The house was comfortable for the 3 of us with a fantastic kitchen. We’d consider staying again if we found ourselves in the area again!
