We regularly hear from guests that our place is the best ST rental they have ever enjoyed. This immaculately redone historic carriage house sits on our 1-acre lot (the largest intact single-family lot left in Denver). Our property has huge vegetable and flower gardens, a private pergola for outdoor meals, an outdoor gas fire pit, a private pickleball court (seriously) and a large in-ground hot tub available to long-term stay guests. The house is super charming with blazing fast wifi, surround sound projection screen tv, full kitchen and all of the serenity and privacy you'd want. All within walking distance of dozens of restaurants and only 1.5 miles from downtown.We regularly host remote workers, grandparents in town for visits, and folks just checking out Denver, our mountains or a show at nearby Red Rocks.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned cottage, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Great Location in beautiful setting.

Quaint carriage house set back from the owners main homestead in nice neighborhood with lots to offer within walking distance. Private fenced in back patio and very nice front porch overlooking the property gardens. Easy drive to Red Rocks and other areas.

Amazing tranquil garden oasis near the city . A different world once you go thru the gate. Clean , quiet & so beautiful. Hosts very friendly & check in if u need anything. Historic quaint , carriage house , modern upgrade & feel. I want to stay forever & read a book on the porche. Walk to restaurants & shops. Free parking . Safe neighborhood. Host let me take some mint to grow at home.
