For cleaning, we use Branch Basics; non toxic & fragrance free. Enjoy the espresso machine, stocked kitchen w/ organic coffee, spices, flour & sugar, Frame tvs, games & more!

The Space:
The Mile High Organic Cottage is part of a duplex with a shared brick wall and includes a private backyard. It is also shoe-free which helps tremendously with cleanliness. The home features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Each bedroom includes an organic mattress, organic cotton/Kapok pillows + organic cotton sheets, along with 100% cotton/wool duvet + comforter. Each room also has a vanity/desk; great for working or getting ready. The king and queen room both have Loftie alarm clocks with built in sound machines. The queen room features a 43” Samsung Frame tv. The office/daybed room can be transformed into an additional king bed. The bathroom is stocked with cotton bath + face towels, a hair dryer, and non toxic shampoo/conditioner + body wash. It also includes a Jolie shower filter. The kitchen is stocked with essentials such as coffee makers (espresso, typical machine and french press), blender, stainless steel pots + pans, and bakeware. Enjoy clean, filtered water from the RO system, and the provided organic coffee, spices, flour and sugar. The kitchen contains a full size top loader washer and dryer, accompanied by Ever Spring free & clear detergent. The dining room opens up to the living room and seats 6 comfortably. The living room is large and airy and features the air purifier for the house, ample plants, a 4k 55" Samsung Frame TV, board games, PlayStation 4, and a Sonos sound system. The backyard is fully fenced in. The backyard includes a patio with string lights, BBQ, patio, table top fire pit and grass yard. Also the cutest little Lady Bug Park complete with large field and playground is only .3 miles or a 5 minute walk away.

**Disclosures:
•The home has a Ring camera next to the front door, and picks up both sound and video.
•Outside maintenance of the property takes place every Wednesday/Thursday including lawn maintenance and trash removal/pick up.
•We have access to the thermostat and do monitor to avoid any damage to the system.

Guest Access:
Entire home, the only locked door will be the water heater. The shed in the backyard will also be locked.

Located in a very quiet Denver suburban neighborhood , Arvada was ranked the #1 city in the US with 149 miles of trails, 122 parks, three public golf courses, and two dog parks, many Arvadans enjoy the convenience of their Denver metro suburb location along with the very close proximity to the Rocky Mountains foothills.

Getting Around:
Our subdivision is very quiet with ample street parking and one reserved spot in the driveway. Lady Bug Park containing playground and large open field is only .3 miles or 5 minute walk away. You will want to drive to the best local restaurants and grocery stores which are within a 3 mile radius.
