Disliked: Cleanliness
Blood soak mattress in one room. Missing furniture that was in pics but not there. We had to hire a cleaning crew to make it livible. Ice maker in fridge never worked. There was visible water damage to much of the drywall and base boards. Carpet was ripped and in poor condition. Hot tub was broken, and never worked. Listing implied special access to the Pinery clubhouse but that was not true.Front lawn was dead and backyard overrunned with weeds.
