Guest Access:
As guests, you will have private access to the entire four-bedroom apartment. You will have access to multiple shared spaces such as the main hallway, a laundry area with a washer and dryer, a hallway bathroom, and the spacious rooftop deck.
Please note there is absolutely NO smoking of any kind allowed inside the building. The fire alarms are very sensitive!
You may smoke on the rooftop deck but do not leave any butts or paraphernalia around and be mindful of other guests on the deck.

As one of Denver’s blossoming cultural districts, Ridge at 38 is your place for events, shopping and restaurants in downtown Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Our eclectic mix of local businesses, restaurants and shopping serve the community and invite visitors, offering a taste of small-town life without the driving. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance of the apartment. There is a large bicycle shop right across the street for all of your cycling needs.
Getting Around:
The unit is in the same building as a bakery and art framing gallery. Across the street is a new park, a bicycle store and within walking distance are many restaurants, bars and a spa. Lyft and Uber are both also available. Check out RTD-Denver to jump on the bus stop just on the corner of our block!
Other Things to Note:
This is fully self check-in, you'll be given two access codes, one to the front door and one to the apartment unit.
You may park in the parking lot to the left of the building by the flower mural. There are signs that say 2 hour parking but they are not enforced.
