Property is old and dated, we had a cabana room which had our own pool. The room smelt and was very small. Thank god we had the outside area. Road construction on footpaths in this area is dangerous to access the property. We left after two days as could not stand being there any longer. Checked into. Hotel on the beach and was much happier. I do not rate this old hotel at all.

Property and Staff were lovely, we had a pool room that I would definitely recommend. BUT All the sidewalks are being torn up and renovated at present, finished by the end of the year apparently. Not the property's fault but it severely affected our stay at this property and in sanur.

We had a loft room booked but the stairs were so steep it was dangerous to go up and down. There was no bathroom upstairs. The description of the room did not match the actual. The walls were paper thin. The was no balcony to speak of and the sliding doors did not close properly.The pool was very small with limited sun beds. It has a 4 star rating but is only 2.5 at best. Very disappointed and we forfeited our accommodation after 1 night and booked another hotel for the remainder of our trip. We feel the hotel has been over rated. The rating you have on this hotel is misleading. It cost us dearly as we were unable to get a refund on the property.

We had a 4 night stay at 101. Room was clean but basic. Breakfast had everything we liked-egg station, good coffee, Indonesian food and bacon(you had to order). The stand out for us was the staff, everyone that worked there were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The pool and lounges were in the shade most of the day so we opted to walk to the beach(10 mins) and use the hotel lounges there instead. Plenty of restaurants/warungs around the hotel-walking distance.

Great place to stay in central Sanur. Restaurant is pleasant, would say buffet at breakfast great, but buffets in evening with cultural dancers is not necessarily the way ahead. A standard a la carte or traditional menu may be more beneficial. Bar was non existent after dinner or before dinner , more interested in feeding. Think a bar away from restaurant would create a better second focal point and hub for guests. More seats in grand reception area. Rooms were very clean and well serviced. Staff extremely friendly. Thanks
