Yes, the room was always thoroughly cleaned. We had fresh towels every day. Room spotless, cannot fault the cleanliness. The amenities like the pools were a great relief from the heat and humidity. Staff super friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel right on the beach, rooms were big nice hot showers, slipper and dressing gowns in the room, lots of choice at breakfast. Staff really helpful and always ready with a smile. There are bikes for hire very cheaply and a Lovely ride along the beach Would recommend

Nice hotel right on the beach, lovely staff, beautiful gardens, constantly cleaning. Room big with everything you could need. Lots of choice at buffet breakfast. Fire dance and sea food bbq night very expensive by Bali standards. Plenty of sun beds on the beach and round both pools. On the whole a lovely stay.

I had a room right at the back of the property which was disappointing considering I booked an Executive room. If you aren’t good with insects then request a room off the ground as mine had millipedes on the floor constantly. I left my charger in the room stupidly but more disappointing was that when I contacted them the say day they said that housekeeping didn’t find it, which seems impossible. The quests using the tennis court were also loud early morning so that’s another consideration. All the staff were friendly but overall the service at the bar there is super slow and inattentive, although in fairness we found that in much of Sanur.

Nice location, staff are lovely but the hotel is in need of some repairs and upgrades. My room had a giant water stain on the roof, the aircon smelt like mold and the sheets stained. That said the staff are fantastic and so nice.

The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful, nothing is too much bother for them, the hotel is extremely quiet and a great place to wind down and chill and is only metres from the beach and a short walk to the local bars, restaurants and shops

The cleanliness of the hotel Ngurah our cleaner was excellent and made sure we were happy with the room. We were lucky enough to be upgraded and the bed was very comfortable.

Excellent resort to stay near the beach. Morning buffet was great with open air views of the beach. WiFi and tables available under trees on the beach. 24hr kitchen for room service - which is great for jet lagged arrivals. No Bali belly, so the food was safely prepared - including a wide variety of fresh cut fruit. In the room, I saw a few bugs (centipede, roach variety); nevertheless everything was very clean. it’s a tropical island with favorable conditions for them to survive; and having lived in hot and humid environments, I assume it’s likely an ongoing battle no matter how clean a place may be. The grounds are gorgeous with lots of greenery and trees along the paths from the lobby, villa rooms, pools, restaurant and beach. The beach has a paved walkway that allows easy access for people, child strollers/ prams, and bicycles to find various restaurants, resorts and shopping. The Genius cafe is on the beach next to the Mercure. I would easily stay here again.

Amazing staff and service. Great attitude and very helpful. Direct beach access, convenience location. It is an older property, so of course it already shown some wear and tear but overall it is great place (and value) to stay in the sanur area.

Unfortunately we had to cancel our stay after one night because we were too uncomfortable. It gets 2 stars, one for location as it is right on the beach, and one for the staff as they did help us. As for the rooms...its like sleeping on a trampoline! Dark, dungy, our balcony door would not close allowing mosquitos in, our bedsheets/pillows stained. Shower pressure almost didnt exist...the place needs an update! We could hear the neighbours next door coughing the walls were that thin. Breakfast definitely just average. My favourite being the fresh squeezed juices as that is hard to go wrong. Oh, and the Wifi works property wide, however doesnt work well, will cut in and out quite often, including in the rooms!

Rooms ok but need a little updating. Towels need replacing very grey looking. Food needs more different choices for breakfast always the same gets boring. Example different sort of danish chocolate apricot custard jam. Different juices.
