Our room was very spacious clean and very luxurious, without doubt the best hotel room we have ever stayed in, and the same goes for the breakfast so much choice and everything was top quality. The staff are also some of the most helpful and kind people you could ever meet in my opinion. The pool is large and so relaxing to be in and around, also to be so near the beach was excellent. My favourite thing was just people watching as they walk by the hotel from the right handside of the infinity pool and also looking out to sea whilst cooling off in the lovely water.

Arrival was great and very smooth, the cool towels and coconut infused water a nice addition. We were only there a night for a layover but managed a nice relax around the pool, walk along the sea front and great breakfast. The location is great and the resort is beautiful but the room we had was visibly old with cracks everywhere and just general signs of aging. The breakfast was excellent. Our mini fridge flooded all three nights of our stay. That’s an understandable freak accident but the reaction of the staff made it seem like it had happened before. The concierge wasn’t particularly helpful with recommendations for dining or sigh seeing either. It was a very meh experience compared to other five star hotels we stayed in in Bali.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us and the activities we had planned, right by the beach and promenade, which we used every day to walk to restaurants and Icon Mall. The hotel is large and beautiful, with a fantastic tropical garden that is even more impressive than in the photos. The entire hotel area was very clean and spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good. The room itself felt a little dated and was somewhat lacking in practical features, with limited wardrobe space and few places to hang clothes. We also had to request an iron and ironing board. One thing to be aware of is that the open balcony is included in the stated room size, which gave us a misleading impression of the actual indoor space. We therefore ended up upgrading our room. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and particularly enjoyed the beautiful grounds and excellent location.

This is not a 5 star hotel and the rooms are certainly not sound proofed! We had to change rooms as we could hear our neighbours snoring and knew everything he ordered for his room service! The towels by the pool were threadbare, the lounges had holes in and we had no hot water one day. This hotel has tainted our experience of the intercontinental brand and we will stick to Marriott in future. Really disappointed.

Exceptional resort with 5 star dining We kept gpong vack to their reataurant. It was outstanding and the staff were incrediable
