Very friendly staff, excellent location. There was however some noise during the morning due to maintenance (hammer). Housekeeping did come in to refresh the room with towels and water bottles even when the don’t disturb sign was visible. Nice property overall.

What an incredible time my wife and I had at The Bali Beach Hotel. Starting with Buffet breakfast. the staff could not do enough to meet all our breakfast needs. Then down to the Olympic sized pool for water aerobics followed by a bite of lunch and afternoon cocktails. Thank you for a spectacular week

If you are travelling and want an airport hotel this is okay it’s incredibly busy takes a long time for room Service to come the lifts were broken - for a big hotel out of four lifts there was only two. I had to walk up the stairs quite a bit and I was on the 10th floor when the staff did reach out they were very good and flexible and accommodating to help you -

Staff at Bali Beach Sanur were helpful and kind always. The place is clean with good amenities and a great breakfast. Great view from the 7th floor over the beach. The hotel is quite and slept well here. Swimming pool is good. Well worth a visit. Had a very relaxing stress free holiday
