Staff were so attentive and helpful with any and all questions or queries we had. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were happy and comfortable at all times. They were especially wonderful with our 3 yr old and most of the staff knew his name at the end of the first day! The hotel was beautifully maintained and our room was incredible. Everything was so so great. We cannot recommend andaz enough!!

Good energy and service oriented staff. However the air con is set a temperature which for me was way to warm. The facility try to by pass the thermostat however the comfortability is lacking due to this reason during our stay. Spa therapists were experienced.

The staff are excellent - they are so friendly and cannot do enough for you. The whole resort is spotless. Right on the beach. The food was excellent, particularly the breakfast. The Spa was amazing and zen like. It was wonderful.

We had an amazing two weeks at Andaz Bali for our honeymoon. The staff had a special cake made for us and local jams and snacks were delivered to celebrate our day. The staff were absolutely incredible. We were truly spoiled! Arthur and Hendra always had a smile for us and remembered our drink and food preferences. Hendra was eager to share Balinese cuisine with us and would set aside the Dish of the Day for my wife to try. Our room had a private garden and our desire for privacy was always respected. We work in the customer service industry so we recognize quality employees when we encounter them. When we come back to Bali, we will be sure to stay at Andaz again. Our thanks to your entire staff for a lovely vacation!

Our room was on top of the barbecue restaurant the due the smell and the noise, we cannot sit in the balcony, and the noise and the music was so loud that we couldn’t really sleep well. Fisherman club restaurant the food was very good, but he was open to the public therefore the hotel guest limited seat choices that was disappointing in the music again it was too loud. We had to shout to talk to each other during the meal..

Can’t fault our stay in any way. The facilities were extensive, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the food was varied and delicious, and the room was spacious and clean. Plenty of activities for children. Ability to use the facilities of the Hyatt next door. The beach is on your doorstep. Plenty of things to do outside of the hotel, with the centre of Sanur, and the ICON Bali shopping centre a short walk away.
