The place has it all: dog friendly, semi-private beach, small grass areas beachside for when you don’t want sand everywhere, pool, poolside bar/cafe, outdoor private patios and balconies. The room had a nice view of the ocean from the little balcony. The outdoor sofa facing the vast ocean was the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature! The hotel isn't fancy, but the view is gorgeous!

We decided to get away during the off season and this was a great choice. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Most of the rooms on the second floor have a pretty good view of the ocean, but for the best view and room ask for room 114. We will definitely stay here again.

Very clean. Comfortable bed. Great bedding. Private beach which makes area limited unless you climb over the rocks. Earle street close by is a good location for a long walk. We had everything we could need provided. Bathtub looked brand new as well as the appliances. Wish the ocean had been of a blue color. Best price we could find for on the beach. And reasonable. Would stay again it was in my neck of the woods.

Sapphire, Jason, and Leah all made me feel so welcome with my stay! They were working hard to take the Cross Rip from hibernation to open for summer Cape travel. My room smelled a little musty, like low tide, but nothing to complain about. I just opened my balcony door to air the room out. It was certainly clean. Clean bathroom, clean bedding. Clean landscaping. And what a treat to be right on the water. I could enjoy each sunrise and sunset from my balcony with the soundtrack of the waves. I hope to be back
