A quiet street and a short walk to the beaches of Nantucket Sound (only .3 mile away) make this an ideal location. The eat- in kitchen features a dishwasher and a washer/dryer and the bathroom has a tub/shower combination. New hardwood floors along with the original knotty- pine walls give you the perfect Cape Cod charm. The spacious backyard has three separate seating areas for eating, grilling, relaxing and gathering around the firepit and a large enclosed outdoor shower. You'll have all you need for a carefree, relaxing getaway.
This home is within close proximity to local favorite restaurants, ice cream parlors and mini golf. You can take a quick drive down Lower County Road to visit, Dog House, Chapins or Woolfies Bakery!
