Clean and Bright

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice house on the border of Harwich and Dennis. It has all the amenities needed for a weeks stay on the Cape. Very clean and bright. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was in a perfect location with a nice open layout and a nice big porch. We loved having the 2 full baths and a nice outdoor shower. My only suggestion would be to add a gas grill, and another a/c unit in at least one of the other bedrooms.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation at the ocean on Cape Cod. The Belmont beach is about 1/2 mile taking 14 minutes to walk.There are many restaurants, shops and entertainments available close by. The house is a wonderful Ranch house. It is very clean, with new appliances, soft beds, and comfortable sofas and chairs. ALso a dishwasher, microwave, washer dryer and air conditioners. The deck is comforable with nice furniture and an electric awning to keep the sun off. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus an outside shower were great. The yard is small butgood for cornhole! It is a very nice home. The owners also gave us a $100 gift card to a local Seafood restaurant which was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this house.
