The unit is across a low volume road from the beach about a 100 yard walk. Two pools are available on site as are laundry machines and gas grills. Adults and teens can easily bike on back streets to the Cape Cod rail trail or walk to the Sunday School ice cream store. Location and property access to pools were excellent. However the room smelled musty and moldy, covered up by strong air fresheners to the point of having to open doors and windows to air it out.
