In Dennis (known as the heart of Cape Cod), the Mermaid Cottage is a spacious, bright and like new post & beam cape with 3 bedrooms & 2 baths, across from Flax Pond and nature trails, & abuts conservation for privacy. It is well-equipped to make your stay as enjoyable and carefree as possible. Property consists of all linens, Beach and baby equipment, Air-conditioning , Internet. Mermaid Cottage is a beautiful home! The host provides so many amenities to make the stay pleasant and stress free. And it was spotless! It was centrally located to the attractions we were interested in. There are several nice restaurants nearby.

Such a cute house in a quiet, beautiful spot! Only noise came from the neighboring rooster but he gave us an excuse to wake up early and make the most out of our time there! Very clean, cozy and we felt right at home. Great backyard space. Would stay here again.

Bachelorette at the Mermaid Cottage

I had my bachelorette weekend on the Cape and was so happy to have picked the Mermaid Cottage as our place to stay! The cottage had a great amount of space for our group, beautiful outdoor patio, and was in a wonderful neighborhood. I highly recommend staying here for your next visit to Cape Cod.

My family stayed at Mermaid Cottage for a weekend while attending wedding festivities in the area. The house is comfortable and clean and the area is quiet, but great proximity to many Cape Cod locations. Our host, Louise was fantastic and quick to respond. Mermaid Cottage was the perfect place to retreat and relax after a long day and the patio was a wonderful area to hang out. Highly recommend!
