Accommodation is over 3 double bedrooms. One queen bed, one double bed and one room with two queen singles. One bathroom with seperate toilet. Well appointed kitchen with breakfast bench and all the equipment require to cater for family life. Living room, seperate dining room and large outdoor deck.

The large, sun drenched deck is an ideal spot to enjoy family meals or simply to sit and watch the local bird life.

Our house is less than a 5 minute walk (~400m) from the newly renovated Denmark Hotel and Cafes including Kindfolk, Ravens and the Bookstore Cafe. The Supermarket and Town centre are also easily accessible by foot.

Further afield Ocean Beach is ~10 minutes by Car. Greens Pool/ Wilson Bay, Singlefile and The Dam are all less than a 20 minutes drive. Albany is an easy 40 minute Drive.
Make yourself comfortable in your villa. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.
