There was no water dispenser for water bottle. No softer pillow option. Shirley was great, other staff not so friendly. Lacked training. Staff folding piles of sheets in the conference room was weird. Not fancy, very basic. Awesome hotel waffles and appreciated the hard-boiled egg and yogurt options!

All I know cobblestone and Denmark Green Bay was a good place to stay however, when we went to go check in for our stay, they put us in a room and when we got into the room, the toilet was totally flooded. Bed wasn’t made so in all the room wasn’t even clean. Went back down to the front desk thank goodness they had another room for us. The service ass person said go talk to the manager in the morning and he should be willing to give you a discount for your stay. The next morning we went and talk with the manager and he actually knew about what was going on and he tried to get us to go back in that room. I said no we’re fine with the room we’re at, but I was wondering if you could give us a discount for our stay as it was inconvenient when we checked in originally he said no I’m not gonna give you a discount. Well eventually did after a little conversation with him. He gave us $10 off of two nights was not happy with that that man‘s name was Randy. The lady that took care of the breakfast in the morning was a very nice woman greeted everyone that came in with a smile.
