Amazing staff who were super friendly and delicious free breakfast. Hotel was bit aged and taps and water stopped working for a short time, but the wonderful service from staff made up for it. Super close to both bus and train stations. A great location.

Really dirty and do not waste your money! We booked for 3 nights but we checked out in next day. Is a decent price in Expedia and close to the bus station but it’s really dirty, disgusting room, all blankets and sheets has a stain the bathroom so dirty! Air conditioning smells so bad, water is cold no heater, scary place to stay on this hotel and you gonna be really sick.Do not waste your money on this hotel!

Good location, good view from the room. The staff was nice and helpfull. Breakfast was OK. Beds weren’t really comfortable and the condition of the barhroom wasn’t perfect. There were cigarettes in the ashtray on the balcony.

Just in a convenient location

Pro: close to train & bus station Cons: stingy supplies (1 very thin 2-3mm toilet paper roll, broken hairdryer, non functional socket, 1 bath towel/ 1 hand towel/ 1 floor mat for 2 persons); no hangers nor hooks in the whole room except one 20” rail in bathroom; poor shower design: water all over the bathroom & very narrow even for me (155 cm 45kg)

Good hotel in front of bus station

The hotel is Good and I chose it because its in front or the bus station. Its a mid hotel. Room is big, breakfast is basic (no milk, no bread by the time I arrived) and the shower could be better (all the bathroom got wet). But in the overall for one night it was perfect

Value for money hotel near Denizli bus station.

The hotel is exactly what we needed as base to visit Pamukkale and Efes (Ephesus) without lugging our baggages everywhere we go. The Denizli bus station is literally just 2-5 minutes away depending on one's pace. The staff speaks little English and does things with a lot of kindness. We were generously allowed to check in earlier (got lucky there was availability). For the price we have paid per night, I am even surprised there is a personal fridge in the room and that breakfast was included, although I didn't get the chance to eat as we always leave the hotel early. There was ample parking nearby and car rental companies are a few minutes walk away. Enterprise is within the same block towards the main avenue. The building and facilities have seen better days, but we are overall satisfied.

Totally worth it for the price

The hotel is situated conveniently right outside the bus station. It is also walking distance to all must try local restaurants and sweets shops. Super easy access to Pamukkale local minibus and night bus to Capadoccia. The hotel staff has been very attentive and very helpful to me during my stay, I only have positive things to say really. The hotel itself is well maintained, not the most luxurious but it is totally worth it for the price I paid. More than happy for the comfort and the service I received plus the many useful tips from the friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel to any solo traveler who needs easy access to go to Pamukkale and then to Capadoccia the next day.
