Welcome to Nido Cálido Dénia—our cozy nest under the Spanish sun in beautiful Dénia.

We’ve decorated this modern yet homey apartment with lots of love. From the very beginning, we wanted to create a place where you don’t just spend your vacation, but where you truly feel at home. Light, tranquility, comfort, and ambiance—everything comes together to help you relax.

The apartment was completed in March 2025 and built according to the latest sustainability standards (energy rating AA). That means modern comfort with an eye toward the future. You’ll have two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two separate toilets—ideal for families, couples, or extended stays.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped for cozy dinners at home, while air conditioning and underfloor heating in all rooms ensure a perfect indoor climate, no matter the season.

Outside, you can enjoy a lovely balcony and a secluded garden with morning sun to wake up peacefully with a cup of coffee, and pleasant shade starting in the afternoon — so you can comfortably stay outside even on hot days, without the sun driving you indoors. In the communal garden, you’ll find all the amenities for young and old: a wonderful place to relax, play, and cool off by the pool.
