Charming house in an exceptional garden in Dénia which is the holy Tropez of the Spanish.
The sea and its sandy beaches 3 minutes by car, the mountains 5 minutes by car for wonderful walks.
A swimming pool 15 meters away and its lawn where you can sunbathe and rest.
The city with its fruit and vegetable markets, its gourmet restaurants, its cultural activities such as theater, concert hall, museums.
You will have your meals on the terrace with a superb view of the Montgo mountain.
You will have all the comforts in the house. Air conditioning, wifi, television... Linen is at your disposal.
