Private: property 380 m2, large, beautiful, well-kept garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (3 x 7 m, depth 110 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, patio, pergola, barbecue house. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 650 m, bar, café 550 m, bus stop 2.8 km, railway station 2.8 km, ferry 4.4 km, sandy beach "Marineta Casiana" 2 km.
