Cosy, very comfortable villa "Tulipanes". In the resort 500 m from the centre of de Dënia, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas). Private: beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced) with flowers and trees, swimming pool angular (4 x 8 m, depth 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, arbour, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Stepped path (13 steps) to the house. Parking on the premises, single garage. Supermarket, shopping centre, restaurant, bar 300 m, bus stop 1.8 km, railway station 1.8 km, ferry 3.6 km. Sports harbour 800 m, surf school, sailing school. Nice house in quiet neighbourhood, 0.8 mile from Denia and the beach

Nice house in quiet area of Denia (Santa Lucia) in walking distance (20 minutes or so) from Denia and the beach. Good pool and outside shower. Separate apartment with basic kitchen and bathroom, ideal when traveling with friends or relatives. Interior is a little dated but very functional with waher, dryer, dishwasher, good stove, microwave, SAT TV, wifi (good reception!) etc. Good value for money.
