The property was as pictured. Lots of space, and close to beach and pool. Communication with owner was prompt and helpful. The only downside were the beds. The mattresses were not very thick.

Summer house with nice garden

We had a wonderful stay at the holiday home near Denia. The host was very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend it. The house was comfortable and had a beautiful garden. One of the rooms even had a separate entrance from outside on the second floor, which was a great feature. The house had everything we needed. Keep in mind that having a car is advisable if you plan to visit more than just 2-3 restaurants, as the location is a bit secluded. However, the beach is practically right at your doorstep. Thanks for being your guests!

BONITA CASA PARA UNAS VACACIONES EN LA PLAYA DE LES DEVESES, DENIA

La vivienda es muy confortable y está bien dotada con menaje y electrodomésticos. Amplio jardín y piscina comunitaria a pocos metros de la casa permiten una estancia satisfactoria. La única incomodidad está en los mosquitos que frecuentan la zona.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und es gibt alles was man braucht. Die Außenanlage ist sehr schön, auch der Pool ist toll - auch wenn er ein paar Meter weiter weg ist :) Auch zum Strand ist es nicht weit! Ein Auto wäre allerdings hilfreich ... für Einkäufe, etc. Die Vermieter - wir haben Alfredo kennen gelernt - sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns mit einer Tasche voller frischer Orangen empfangen - die waren mega lecker:) Wir können auf jeden Fall eine 100%-ige Empfehlung aussprechen!!

Ende Februar ist es jedenfalls sehr ruhig. Das Haus ist Teil einer Ferienhaussiedkung, aber individuell gestaltet. Vermutlich ist es auch in der Hochsaison sehr ruhig. Die Heizung funktioniert gut.

La casa es tal como se ven en la fotos, muy limpia y con todo lo necesario . Una acogida muy amable ,con todas las explicaciones necesarias .Hemos pasado una semana a finales de diciembre (2021) ,la zona es muy tranquila y la playa una maravilla. La maison est telle qu'on voit sur les photos, très propre ,avec tout l' indispensable .Un accueil très affable avec toutes les explications nécessaires. Nous avons passé une semaine ,fin décembre (2021) ; le quartier est très tranquille et la plage une merveille.

Séjour vacances de la Toussaint

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison bien équipée et au calme. La plage se trouve à quelques mètres, idéal pour se promener sans avoir à prendre la voiture .Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles.

Très bon séjour, très belle propriété ,très propre,adaptée + pour 4 que 6 au niveau mobiler( chaises et table).les photos mises sur site pas toujours conformes au descriptif ( piscine commune ,mais sur une autre propriété close) Tres important indiquer l'adresse exacte et complète.
