Quiet Townhouse with views Finca Paris CP

Small and quiet holiday complex at the foot of the mountain with a 17x8m communal swimming pool, tennis court and terrace with views of the port and the sea. The complex consists of 15 townhouses and this one is at the end, making a corner just a few steps from the pool. The house has a simple decoration and consists of an American kitchen equipped with a gas hob, washing machine and fridge with freezer. Living-dining room with TV/SAT, air conditioning and access to the terrace with a view of the port and the sea. The garden has palm trees, lawn, and a variety of plants. There is one bedroom with a two-mattress bed, one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower.

Distance to Denia centre 3.5km, to the sea 3km, supermarkets 3km and bars/restaurants 800m. A car is needed. Pets are not allowed.

Bungalow pequeño pero acogedor con gran terraza de césped natural

Ambiente tranquilo, mucha intimidad, vistas preciosas... Un toldo en la parte de la terraza, por la mañana da mucho sol y no puedes desayunar ni almorzar fuera por el pleno sol. Sería un punto importante.
