Elegant terraced house in a fantastic south position in Els Poblets

At House el Carmen we know that going on vacation is one of the best times of the year. Our townhouse is located in the beautiful community of Carmen II in Els Pobelts, where you can enjoy a perfect family vacation in peace and close to the beach. The house is divided into two floors. On the lower ground floor, there is a bright living-dining room with hot/cold air conditioning and direct access to the south-facing covered terrace, ideal for spending the whole day in the sun. On the same floor, there is a fully furnished and equipped kitchen with a toaster, refrigerator-freezer, filter coffee machine and Senseo Espresso, kettle, ceramic hob and oven, and of course, complete cutlery and crockery. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher. On the ground floor, there is a toilet. The upper floor is accessed by an internal staircase of approximately 15 steps and contains the two bedrooms, both with a double bed with two single mattresses. Both bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning systems. On the upper floor is also a complete bathroom with bath and shower. As if that weren't enough, there is a large communal pool with well-kept lawns and palm trees. There is also a parking space at your disposal, right next to the entrance door.
Location
Very good and quiet location in Els Poblets, just 900 meters from the beach and about 500 meters from the town center, where you will find a German supermarket, bakeries, and a kiosk. Alicante and Valencia airports are easily accessible by motorway in one hour.

Ich möchte vorwegschicken, das die Anzeige von FeWo-Direkt ein falsche Lage anzeigt. Das Haus liegt, wie im Titel angegeben in Els Poblets, das ca. 10 km von Denia entfernt ist. Dieser Fehler liegt jedoch nicht in der Verantwortung des Gastgebers, wie wir bei unserer Anreise mit FeWo-Direkt klären könnten! Alle Bilder und Angaben, die sich auf das Haus selbst beziehen stimmen vollständig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war schnell und direkt. Wünsche würden schnell erledigt und die Ausstattung war umfangreich. Das Gelände und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr freundlich und zu unserem Reisezeitraum schon sehr überschaubar. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die unmittelbar am Grundstück vorbeiführende Straße. Wer große Ruhe sucht hat ggf. damit ein Problem. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Strände sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Der nächstgelegene Strand ist allerdings ein Kiesstrand. Aber Sandstrände sind auch nicht wesentlich weiter entfernt. Wir hatten schöne 4 Wochen.

Ein sehr schönes Haus in einer tollen gepflegten kleinen Anlage mit Gemeinschaftspool direkt hinter der teilüberdachten Terrasse. Liegestühle, gemütliche Sitzecke und Esstisch luden mit Sonnenschirmen zum Aufenthalt an der frischen Luft ein. Klimaanlage in beiden Etagen war gerade in diesem Sommer (insbesondere in den Schlafzimmern) sehr hilfreich. Die Ausstattung war umfassend, von der Küche mit Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler bis zum Wohnzimmer mit großer gemütlicher Couch, großem Flat-TV mit Satellitenempfang und schnellem WLAN. Ganz toll der überdachte Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus-Eingang. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, u.a. deutsche Bäckerei, im Umfeld von 500 m. Mit dem Auto zum trotz Ferienzeit nie überlaufenen Sandstrand kamen wir in rund 5 Minuten. Vermieter war vor Ort gut erreichbar, ein defekter Toaster wurde umgehend ausgetauscht. Kleiner Ausflugs-Tipp: Von nahen Denia gibt es eine Straßenbahnlinie durch die Berge und am Strand entlang nach Alicante mit Umstieg in Benidorm, Tageskarte pro Person um die 7 . Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter.
