Very beautiful, very comfortable terraced house "Campoverde", 3 storeys, semi-detached. In the resort 2 km from the centre of Denia, in a quiet, sunny position, 2 km from the sea, 2.5 km from the beach. For shared use: with lawn and trees, natural garden, swimming pool (12 x 8 m, depth 110 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool, outdoor shower. In the house: air conditioning. Parking. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 500 m, café 700 m, bus stop 1.6 km, railway station 1.1 km, ferry 4.1 km, sandy beach 2.6 km. Sports harbour 2 km, surf school 2 km, sailing school 2 km, tennis 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
