Logement agréable.

Nous avons apprécié sa localisation à Las Rotas, sa grande piscine et sa propreté. Les matelas de la chambre avec le lit superposé pourraient être changés. Un deuxième jeu de clés serait le bienvenu. Le code de la porte d’entrée de la résidence et la clé du locale à vélo seraient un plus appréciable.

El inmueble compensa lo bueno con lo malo

Me ha gustado la ubicación, el estado de los espacios públicos, mantenimiento en general. El apartamento es viejo y la estructura no se puede cambiar pero el interior tiene mejoras pendientes en mi opinión. No se puede decir que haya WiFi con un aparato tan antiguo, está realmente obsoleto ese sistema, no carga nada. En el lavabo del baño hay una pequeña fuga. También la tetera fuga por la junta. Los colchones necesitan una actualización ya y el agujero abierto para el desagüe de los aires acondicionados es vía para bichos. Alguna visita hemos tenido. El resto del mobiliario bien. Con estas u otras mejoras aún teniendo sus años estaría genial. Con todos mis respetos un saludo.
